Allison was very helpful from the moment we spoke on the phone. Once I arrived she greeted me and made sure everything went as planned. Rich Cirami made sure that everything I asked for in e car was in my price range for a monthly payment. Overall it was a easier to work with them and I would purcha...se from them again. Show more

The good: So I went to this dealership because they had the exact car I was looking for and it was at a great price. The car was exactly how it was described on the website and it did not have any problems with it. The sales person Tony was very helpful during the process and they even had an ext...ra key made up for me which was great. The bad: The price you see listed online is the final price. They will not negotiate with you at all. Also, the price you see online is the finance price, as they will charge you extra if you try and pay cash upfront. But this didn't really matter for me since I paid the car off in full on the first payment date. So just finance the car to get the extra savings and then pay off the car on the first payment. There are no early payment fees. There is also a $895.00 dealer "prep" fee that they charge you. Again they will not negotiate on this and you have to pay it if you want the car. They claim it is for servicing the car and getting it ready, I know it does not cost this much. Also, once you take the car off the lot, the dealership will NOT help you or call you back for any reason. I called several times because my car was missing the EPA bar code scanner sticker that is on the inside driver side door panel and was assured that it would be mailed to me. It was never mailed. I spoke with several different managers, left my phone number but was never called back regarding the issue. Basically once they have sold you the car, they want nothing to do with you. Lastly, I saw how much they paid for my car versus the advertised sale price. They made $2,500 on the car plus the $895 dealer fee, so the dealership profited by almost $3,500. Many of the cars were priced like this, and knowing this information may be helpful for those of you who can negotiate with them. Show more

My only disappointment was the last minute revalation that Nissan requires vehicle preparation charges up to $895 over and above the advertised sales price. Hidden fees are spotty and usually appear in cash sales rather than vehicle financing.

I found it very easy to deal with the folks over at Baron Nissan. I never felt pressured when I set foot on the lot. They kept me informed every step of the way of my car buying process. Allison and Rich took the time to make sure that I understood all that was going on; that I got the best deal ...possible. The day I picked up the car and signed all the paper work, once again Allison and Rich had everything set up ready to go that way when I walked in the door all I had to do was sign the paper work, make my down payment and drive off the lot. I was allowed to inspect the car before I drove it off the lot to make sure that everything was to my satisfaction, and if it wasn't Rich and Allison would have taken care of it right there on the spot. I have a co worker who is also looking for a car and I plan on taking her to Baron Nissan. Show more
